If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to reasons such as receiving an incorrect size, color, defective items, or errors in the printed design, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the t-shirt must be in new and unworn condition, with the original tags attached.
To return a t-shirt, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number and kindly attach images capturing the issues with the product.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to us at the address below.
- Once we receive the returned t-shirt, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the return criteria (incorrect size or color, defective items, or errors in the printed design). If it does, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the t-shirt is returned in damaged or used condition.
